Kathi Beadle Scott PictureKathi Beadle (Scott), CEO/President of Universal Woman Association, attended Ohio State University, and later moved to California.

She provides awareness through a class she facilitates entitled, “Ten Lessons in Woman Awarenesswhich assists women in building self-esteem and encourages them to make better decisions about their lives and relationships. Kathi’s passion and commitment is to work with women while assisting them in uplifting their selfesteem and self-confidence. She believes that all women should know their self worth, and experience life to its fullest potential. Through these classes, the attendees are able to change the way they think about themselves and discover their life's purpose and so much more. She also mentors young adult women in achieving that same goal. In addition, she facilitates a women's support group called, "Can We Talk?".

Kathi has been a licensed Life Coach since 2004 and a licensed Ecclesiastical staff member of her church since 1999. She is a much respected motivational and inspirational speaker.

In 2006, through Universal Woman Association, she introduced The Woman Awareness Expo to the Inland Empire. This Expo features exhibitors who provide specific information and services that pertain to the wholeness of women and children.

In 2007, Kathi served on the planning committee for The Commission for Women’s Annual Luncheon Symposium entitled, “Changing the Faces of Homelessness”, and served on the Riverside YWCA Board of Directors.

Kathi has also served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, mentoring foster children.

Her hobbies include cooking for her friends, fishing and hiking.
